1. Data Collection and Purpose
Our mobile application serves as the primary interface for our staff and participant management system. When you register for an account, we collect your email address and a user-defined password.
2. Security and Storage
Your password is never stored in "plain text"; instead, it is hashed and encrypted. All app-related data is hosted in a secure data center located within England.
3. Data Integration
Your app identity acts as a "digital key" that links your login credentials to Volunteer or Parental records.
4. Data Retention
If an account remains inactive for 24 months, or upon request, the digital identity will be securely purged.
