Once your place is booked, your registration fee is allocated to activity fees and with this in mind the following refund conditions apply.

• 28 days prior to scheme - Full refund (minus £5 administration fee)
• 14 - 7 days prior to scheme - 50% refund
• Less than 7 days - No refund

Where there are issues of unacceptable behaviour the Directors reserve the right to refuse attendance at the scheme. This however is a last resort when all other avenues of support and intervention have failed and will only be excersised in the most extreme of cases. We take all issues of bullying, racism, violence and anti-social behaviour very seriously and will take steps to ensure that the enjoyment and safety of all children attending are not affected by such actions. In these cases we regret we are unable to offer refunds.

For places booked online via http://www.playscheme.org the statutory 14 day cooling off period applies. Refunds are to be requested by emailing leyland@playscheme.org within the 14 day period.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.
