Refund
Policy |
|
Once your place is booked, your registration fee is allocated to activity fees and with this in mind the following refund conditions apply.
Where there are issues of unacceptable behaviour the Directors reserve the right to refuse attendance at the scheme. This however is a last resort when all other avenues of support and intervention have failed and will only be excersised in the most extreme of cases. We take all issues of bullying, racism, violence and anti-social behaviour very seriously and will take steps to ensure that the enjoyment and safety of all children attending are not affected by such actions. In these cases we regret we are unable to offer refunds. For places booked online via http://www.playscheme.org/bookingSPS the statutory 14 day cooling off period applies. Refunds are to be requested by emailing samlesbury@playscheme.org within the 14 day period. Your booking is a reservation for a place for the specific dates of Samlesbury Playscheme for the current year. None of the above affects your statutory rights.

A booking via the website is confirmed by email which includes the children's names, grouping and bus stop details. You will also receive a seperate email receipt for your payment from our payment partners at Stripe. No later than two weeks before the Playscheme (the exact date is in your confirmation email) you will receive your child's tickets which outline the exact timings of bus pickups and also the group allocation for your child. To make sure you receive this email please add samlesbury@playscheme.org and noreply@playscheme.org to your safe senders list. This ticket should be brought with your child on Monday of Playscheme and will be exchanged for their plastic ID card and Playscheme lanyard. Any amendments to pick up arrangements or groupings should be requested by email or messenger. After allocation and tickets are dispatched we cannot guarantee to change grouping unless space is available in the destination groups. None of the above affects your statutory rights.
